  • Relay bases for 4 Micro relays and 4 Mini relays
  • 2 x 9-way relay bases for fl asher unit, wiper, programmable relays etc.
  • 1 pluggable bridge for relay combinations
  • 18 ATO fuseholders (up to 15A)
  • Cable harness connector on the rear side of the module (JPT/MCP compatible, 3 row connectors)
  • On-board fuse-tester

  • Fly wheel diode (SM4007) in parallel of relay coil

Applications
  • All the mandatory and common functions for off-highway and on-highway vehicles such as lighting, fl asher, horn, wash/wipe, beacon, radio, clock, HVAC, accessories etc.

  • Max. supply current: +BAT/30 (Power elements M5): Input on 1 Power element: Max. 70A by 80°C ambient. Input on 2 Power elements: Max. 110A by 65°C ambient; Max. 90A by 80°C ambient.
  • Max. supply current: +IGN(+APC)/15 (Power element M5): Max. 35A by 65°C ambient; Max. 25A by 80°C ambient
  • Output connection: JPT/MCP compatible 3 row, 3 colors coded (1x9 pins, 1x12 pins, 2x15 pins, 1x18 pins) connectors
  • Input connection (power stud): Power element M5 female 16 pins; Max. mounting torque: 2,2 Nm
  • Recommended wire section: Current < 15A: 7,5A per mm2; Current > 15A: 5A per mm2
