There are many needs for power semiconductor testing. To fulfill the stringent requirements concerning availability and reliability, each part must be tested thoroughly before being shipped to the customer.

The testers have been developed to test all relevant parameters of power semiconductors. Especially ZTH, RTH and other high power tests have forced us to combine wide source- and measuring ranges. MRS also provide equipment for high current FET commutation tests ('real life stress test').

On the other hand, the same system can measure leakage currents in the nA-range even in rough production environments due to digital control and highly sophisticated digital signal processing (DSP) throughout. Special measuring techniques enable the precise IR/DIR test of individual devices in a fully assembled rectifier/inverter.

Based on system know-how acquired during many years, we predominantly supply complete systems with accessory modules according to the application at hand; e.g. automatic stations for contacting, feeding, straightening, cutting and sorting.
